How to choose the right service
Start with the pattern that is disrupting daily life most right now. Anxiety often involves anticipation, tension and worry loops; phobias show up as a specific fear around a situation, object or procedure; sleep and habits usually require work with routine, automatic responses and body safety. If you are unsure, the initial consultation helps set priorities without forcing a category.
Each service page explains possible goals, clinical limits, process and common questions. The work is complementary and does not replace diagnosis, psychotherapy, psychiatry or medical care when there is risk, intense symptoms, medication use or major disruption to daily functioning. When a concern mixes body sensations, emotion and routine, triage helps separate what can be worked on in session from what needs external assessment.
