Conformance Level
This website aims to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA, the harmonised standard referenced by the European Accessibility Act and widely used in the UK, Jersey, and Brazil. It is partially conformant: most core pages are designed to meet the target, and some areas are still being improved through ongoing automated and manual review.
Measures Taken
- Semantic HTML with clear landmark regions (header, main, footer) so screen readers can navigate by structure.
- Keyboard-operable navigation and interactive controls with visible focus indicators.
- Accessible form components with associated labels (buttons, switches, radio options).

This statement covers the main fabiomorus.com website, including service pages, legal pages, booking forms and public blog pages generated by this Astro site. It does not guarantee the accessibility of external websites reached through links, third-party booking or payment interfaces, embedded map providers, social networks, email clients, PDF readers or files downloaded and opened outside the browser. Where downloadable resources are offered, the goal is to keep the surrounding landing page accessible and to improve the resource itself when a barrier is reported.
Known Limitations
An initial automated scan identified two issues that are being addressed: some secondary text (such as inactive navigation links) does not yet meet the minimum colour-contrast target, and the mobile menu can be reached by keyboard while it is closed. Some blog articles were also migrated from a previous platform and may retain legacy markup that is not fully optimised. A full automated and manual audit is scheduled to identify and fix remaining issues. If you find a barrier not listed here, please report it so it can be addressed.

This statement is updated when the conformance level changes, when significant corrections are made or when the known limitation list materially changes.
