What to include in your message
To help me reply usefully, include your main goal, how long it has been present and whether you prefer online sessions or in-person work in Jersey. It also helps to mention your country or time zone, preferred language, rough availability and whether medical, psychological or psychiatric care is already involved.
You do not need to share private details in the first message. A simple outline is enough: anxiety before meetings, fear of flying, disrupted sleep, a habit you want to change or burnout being explored. Sensitive details can wait for the initial conversation, where there is more context and privacy.
If you are contacting me for someone else, mention your relationship to them and confirm that they want to take part in the conversation. Hypnotherapy depends on direct consent; family members can help with practical information, but the decision to begin needs to come from the client.
