In this process of self-discovery, I realized something powerful: I became even stronger when I helped other people. This is what motivated me to specialize professionally and deepen my studies in the area of mental health.
Today, I am certified therapist in Neuro-Systemic, Positive Therapy and Master in Addiction Control, in addition to being specialized in anxiety control and have other qualifications focused on human development. With this training, my mission is to provide a safe and welcoming space for you to deal with your emotions, find balance and live a life with more lightness and purpose.
